Nepal Haus (Berlin)

If you are into flavourful Indian/Nepali food experience, "Nepal Haus" is the right place for you.

It is pretty difficult to find good Indian/Nepali food in Berlin and most restaurants do not succeed in delivering a proper Indian/Nepali experience (I have spent almost one year in India and this is my personal impression).

Nepal Haus definitely does. It's very authentic and gives a great experience for a great price, starting with the design of the restaurant down to the smells and tastes of India.

Vegetables and rice with lentils-spinach sauce.

One of my favourite dishes from the Indian cuisine are the "Momos", an Indian version of the all famous dumplings (that we can find in almost every cuisine). The Momos are an excellent starter and are served with peanut sauce and a tomato sauce (please notice that not all momos are vegan).

The Momos

As for the main dish, you will find a whole sector in the menu for vegan options, so worry not.

My favourite dishes are the lentils and spinach curry, as well as the Daal.

The food takes time to get to your table as they prepare it fresh and the dishes are big and delicious.

I would recommend calling and reserving a table since the restaurant usually gets a lot of traffic.

Pricing: Momos (6.90 EUR for 6 Momos and 9.50 EUR for 10 Momos), Main dish (6.90 EUR - 7.90 EUR).

Address: Gneisenaustraße 4, 10961 Berlin.
